Charlie Brewster (Anton Yelchin) probably thinks her life is fine. Everything looks beautiful. Unfortunately all that changed just because of the arrival of new residents in the neighborhood. These new arrivals did initially look good but later began to sniff out clues to Charlie's new neighbor is bad.
Out of nowhere comes Jerry (Colin Farrell) is. Suddenly he had become residents of the house next door. Jerry is friendly. Charlie's mother (Toni Collette) was fascinated by the handsome man who was friendly. Although Jerry looks good but there is something strange with this guy. Charlie began to suspect his new neighbor and keep an eye on this. Nothing suspicious. Only Charlie who sees that clumsiness.
From the investigation, Charlie took the conclusion that Jerry is not human. Jerry is a vampire! Of course, this conclusion is unacceptable to others.
